Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by the client You can cancel a consultation at any time before it starts. The full price is refunded, with no deductions.

Rescheduling To move a consultation, write to dmdarya@mail.ru or in the messenger you used to arrange it. A new time is chosen from the free slots.

Cancellation by the provider If the Provider cannot hold the consultation, she tells you in advance and offers another time. If the new time does not suit you, you receive a full refund.

Technical problems If the consultation does not take place or is cut short because of connection problems on the Provider’s side, it is repeated free of charge or refunded.

After the consultation Once the consultation has taken place, the service has been provided. If you are unhappy with its quality, please write to us — every case is reviewed individually. EU consumers: your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the consultation has been fully provided with your agreement; before that, you can always cancel for a full refund as described above.

Refund time and method Refunds are made within 10 days of your request, by the same method you used to pay. The tax receipt is cancelled.

Unpaid requests A request that has not been paid yet can simply be cancelled — no payment is due.
