Terms of service

These terms are a public offer by the self-employed provider Daria Dmitrieva (the “Provider”) to anyone (the “Client”) to provide online veterinary oncology consultations on the conditions below.

1. Subject 1.1. The Provider holds a remote consultation on cancer in dogs and cats at the date and time chosen by the Client. 1.2. The consultation is advisory. It is not an in-person veterinary visit and does not replace an examination of the animal by the attending veterinarian.

2. How the contract is made 2.1. The Client chooses a service, date and time on oncovet.pro and submits a request. Submitting the request means accepting these terms. 2.2. The request is “awaiting confirmation”. The Provider confirms the time and sends payment details by email or the chosen messenger. 2.3. The contract is concluded once the confirmed consultation is paid.

3. Price and payment 3.1. Prices are shown in the currency of the Client’s region (roubles, euros or US dollars) and are fixed at the time of the request. 3.2. Payment is made before the consultation using the details sent by the Provider. No online payment is taken on the website. 3.3. The Provider pays the Russian professional income tax; the price includes no VAT. A receipt is sent to the Client.

4. The consultation 4.1. Consultations take place by video (Zoom) or in Telegram or WhatsApp, as agreed. The Provider sends the link or contact before the start. 4.2. Before the consultation the Client should, where possible, fill in the pre-consultation questionnaire and send available records: blood tests, cytology, histology and imaging reports. 4.3. The duration is stated in the service description.

5. Obligations 5.1. The Provider will hold the consultation at the agreed time, review the materials carefully and give explanations within her professional competence. 5.2. The Client will give accurate information about the animal, join on time and not use the advice instead of emergency care.

6. Cancellation and refunds Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the “Cancellation and refunds” document, which is part of these terms.

7. Liability 7.1. The Provider does not guarantee any treatment outcome: it depends on the disease, the animal’s condition and the actions of the in-person clinic. 7.2. The limits of the online format are described in “Limitations of online consultations”. 7.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to the price of the paid consultation.

8. Personal data Client data is handled according to the Privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes 9.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Consumers living in another country keep the protection given to them by the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence. 9.2. Complaints can be sent to dmdarya@mail.ru; we reply within 10 days.

10. Changes The Provider may change these terms. Consultations already paid for are governed by the version in force on the day of payment.
